Yes! After our Onboarding process is complete, you are assigned your own Bean Counter and/or Payroll Specialist that is dedicated to your small business. You have access to them everyday.

We use Slack instant messaging software. During the Onboarding process, a private workspace is set-up between your team and the BeanLogix team. That is where we can all easily communicate day-to-day. When working with us you will feel like we're your own in-house accounting department.

BeanLogix does not process tax returns, but we work seamlessly with your CPA to assure a smooth tax season. Your CPA will love us because your books will be submitted in a timely manner and will be nice and tidy! If you don’t have a CPA and need a recommendation, we have excellent partners we can refer you to.
